Entering the Way of Living Mindfully
A One-Year Meditation Training Program
with Thérèse Jacobs-Stewart
This one-year program is patterned after the Establishing the Path of Practice training program at the San Francisco Zen Center. It is intended to help participants to develop a sustainable daily (or near-daily) meditation practice and the fundamental skills that support bringing mindfulness into everyday situations and relationships. It will extend over one year and requires a commitment to sitting meditation practice five times a week and participation in the group events listed below. Some experience in meditation would be helpful, but is not required.
